Hi there. I'm really an ordinary type of girl, nothing fancy and down to earth. I've had my ups and downs and my fair share of life challenges. I adore the outdoors, being creative and generally connecting to people and nature.

I Live life according to my own values, ideas, goals and expectations, rather than by what society expects from me. I am non-judgmental, open minded, true to myself and love to empower others to live their lives to their full potential.

My Reiki Principles play a huge role in my life and my choices. I live my life for the day, the present, to be in the moment. Every day I make a conscious choice to be present, to release the things I cannot control and to change the things I can that will create better alignment in my personal life.

The Therapies I offer are integrative, by this I mean, they work together. I have been a massage therapist for 10 years and began to realise that in order for our physical bodies to respond and heal we had to personally connect to our bodies on a spiritual/energetical level as well as a mental level.
The Therapies I offer are Holistic Massage, Walk and Talk Therapy, Creative Arts and Reiki. Being a Laughter Therapist, I love to incorporate the healing effects of laughter and lightheartedness into all sessions.

Holistic Creative Arts Therapies
Through using different mediums of art, I will hold space for you to become self-empowered, start living consciously, breaking old belief patterns and taking control of your life so that you may have a life that best suits you. Through a creative process of making art, we will work on improving and enhancing your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. This therapy is suitable for all ages.
It includes.
Drama, intuitive art, music, storytelling, sand play, sculpture, authentic movement, sound and mediation

Holistic Massage
Holistic Massage is a custom made massage. I will work with your body interactively and intuitively . As the body releases, emotions may be released. As emotions are released, the body relaxes and finds balance. A Holistic Massage is a full body massage.

Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki
If one's life force energy is lower, then there is more chance of feeling ill or stressed and if it is elevated you will be more capable of being happy and healthy.

Walk and Talk Therapy
This is a great alternative to sitting down in a room talking. Sessions take place outside in nature in an agreed location. Here we will walk and talk. Nature has a calming effect on the brain which means your heart rate will lower. It takes advantage of the good mood enhancing hormones and it can become a much easier way to talk about the "hard stuff". I will hold a space for you to feel your feelings, guide you through different ways to process your emotions while incorporating exercise, fresh air, laughter, tears and creativity. Sometimes we just need to say the words to someone who is not there to judge but to hold space for us to feel what needs to be felt.

Spiritual Life Coaching
I am passionate about sharing and giving my clients tools to help themselves. My mission is to empower and uplift others through holding space in a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental space. I have and ability to listen and guide others though many life experiences and hold space for people in and through difficult situations.

Laughter Therapy
Although I have never felt comfortable running my own laughter classes, I will always incorporate this therapy throughout all the therapies I provide. Laughter burns calories, fools our immune system and makes us feel good. The endorphins that are released contribute to feeling calm and happy. Improving our mood and reducing anxiety.
